Friday, Jan. 8
2:00 p.m. – 700 block Erie Ave., debit card stolen from residence in December, unauthorized transactions of $474.67 made.
Sunday, Jan. 10
3:47 a.m. – 200 block West Marina Parkway, Steven Fisher, 42, of Lorain, charged with felonious assault, domestic violence, obstructing official business, criminal damaging and reckless operation for ramming the vehicle his girlfriend was riding in, police said, adding the girl had called a friend to pick her up after she and Fisher had a fight.
4:41 p.m. – 400 block Florida Ave., a woman reported a man violated a temporary protection order she had in place against him.
5:32 p.m. – A woman reported her ex-boyfriend has been threatening her over the phone, sometimes calling as many as 18 times in one day.
Monday, Jan. 11
10:45 a.m. – 1500 block Long Ave., television stolen from residence.
1:39 p.m. – 1500 block Lehigh Ave., a 15-year-old Lorain girl was charged with being unruly and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for taking her grandparents’ SUV to Cleveland for the weekend without their permission.
1:46 p.m. – 3300 block Livingston Ave., iPod Touch reported stolen during a party; also, someone is using victim’s iTunes account to download songs.
1:51 p.m. – Homewood Avenue, man alleges girlfriend’s former boyfriend tried to run him and his girlfriend off the road and later got out of his car and threatened victim with a tire iron.
4:07 p.m. – A woman reported an unauthorized online purchase for $1,689.65 with Dell Computer using her bank account information.
4:45 p.m. – A woman reported she’s been receiving threatening phone and text messages from her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend.
4:58 p.m. – 1300 block Shaffer Drive, a man reported someone’s been getting medical treatment and utilities using his personal information.
8:04 p.m. – A man reported his ex-girlfriend has been calling him, showing up at his work, sending text messages to his daughter and leaving things inside his locked vehicle despite his requests that she leave him alone.
11:09 p.m. – 2000 block E. 31st St., a woman reported someone kicked in her back door and stole a PlayStation 3, cash and video games from her son’s bedroom.
11:19 p.m. – 3100 block Fulmer Road, a woman reported the father of her son was baby-sitting her children and used a belt to discipline her daughter from another relationship when the 7-year-old failed to pick up coloring pens and pencils from the floor.

1:20 a.m. – 800 block E. 33rd St., a man reported his ex-girlfriend refused to return his iPod.

Monday, Jan. 11
10:22 a.m. – 1100 block Oakwood Drive, window broken on vehicle.
10:40 a.m. – 700 block Lowell St., batteries stolen from semi.
11:30 a.m. – A man reported someone was using his personal information to work and hadn’t paid income tax on the earnings.
11:36 a.m. – 300 block 17th St., theft of prescription Xanax.
12:39 p.m. – 300 block Fourth St., a woman reported she was threatened by another woman when she went to pick up payment for doing the other woman’s hair.
1:10 p.m. – 100 block Parmely Ave., Herbert Johnson, 54, of Elyria, charged with voyeurism for allegedly masturbating outside the window of a woman’s residence.
3:30 p.m. – 1000 block Melvyn Lane, Terrell Jackson, 28, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence.
3:38 p.m. – 100 block Kenwood St., flat-screen TV, $120 cash, Nintendo Wii game system, 15 Wii games and other miscellaneous items stolen from residence.
4 p.m. – 1600 block West River Road N., a woman reported the theft of her purse from her vehicle.
5:28 p.m. – 3300 block Midway Mall, a man reported a shopping bag with a video game and prescription medication inside was stolen from the food court at Midway Mall.
6:10 p.m. – A woman reported her 14-year-old son, who has Tourette syndrome, was assaulted on a First Student bus by another student when her son wouldn’t stop talking.
6:14 p.m. – 100 block Denison Ave., red Jeep Cherokee stolen.
7:09 p.m. – 1000 block Melvyn Lane, a man reported finding a 9 mm Beretta. Police confiscated the gun and its magazine for destruction.
8:10 p.m. – 700 block Stanford Ave., a 14-year-old Elyria boy was charged with criminal damaging for shooting five BB or pellets through three of his neighbor’s windows.
11:27 p.m. – 1100 block Garden St., William Thomas, 38, of Cleveland, charged with obstructing official business after a disturbance call. Thomas also had active arrest warrants through Elyria Municipal Court and the Lakewood Police Department.
Tuesday, Jan. 12
1:46 a.m. – 100 block Longfellow St., Jonah Napier, 25, of Bay Village, charged with receiving stolen property; Gregory Jackson, 34, of Elyria, and Mark Streets, 35, of Elyria, both charged with breaking and entering a man’s garage and stealing miscellaneous items.
2:30 a.m. – 6200 block West River Road S., a woman reported she was slapped by her boyfriend during an argument over a cell phone.

Wednesday, Jan. 6
11:51 p.m. – 25000 block Saddlehorn Circle, Columbia Township, a man reported his ex-girlfriend broke into his garage, threw liquor bottles against the interior door, hit it with a snow shovel, hit it with a half-empty 5-gallon can of kerosene and dented his truck while demanding he talk with her.
