CLEVELAND — LeBron James had 47 points Saturday night as the Cavaliers tied the NBA season high with their 11th straight win, a 113-106 victory over the New York Knicks at Quicken Loans Arena.

New York trailed by 24 in the second quarter and by 22 with 3:25 to play in the third, but got within three with 3:48 to play before James scored six straight Cleveland points down the stretch.

James had 35 points at intermission, breaking the franchise record of 34 points in a half set by Walt Wesley in 1971.
