Sew creative: Oberlin students model their creations

Oberlin College students model garments sewn and constructed entirely by themselves in a fashion show Sunday at the Firelands Association for Visual Arts in Oberlin.

The winter term workshop “From Yarn to Garment” is taught by Betsy Bruce, director of recreation and club sports at Oberlin College.

Within a month, students learned how to weave fabric on a loom and cut and sew a garment of their own design.
