BREAKING NEWS: Elyria officer shot

An Elyria police officer was shot Monday night in the 300 block of 18th Street. He was transported to EMH Regional Medical Center. Initial reports indicated a suspect was shot. Check back at www.chroniclet.com and read Tuesday’s paper for more.
