FREE Pancake Breakfast
Start your July 29th morning off with a hot and delicious all-you-can- eat pancake breakfast served up 9 – 10 a.m., by staff of LifeCare Centers of America. Our entertainment for the morning is husband and wife duo “The Singing Wendts”. Cost for breakfast is $2.50, call 353-0828 for reservations.
Do you need free gas and want to help others? Stop by the Senior Center or call 353-0856 for an appointment to donate blood on Tuesday, July 21 between 12(noon) – 4 pm. Everyone who donates will be put in a drawing to receive free gas for a year! All donors also receive a t-shirt.
To achieve a healthy balance of mind, body, spirit and also improve your coordination, flexibility and to stay healthy join our Yoga class on Monday’s 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. We have a certified instructor and will resume for the summer. Anyone interested please contact Shelly at 353-0835.
Corn Festival News!
North Ridgeville Senior’s, Inc., the supporting organization of the North Ridgeville Senior Center, is offering a free shuttle service at the Corn Festival on Saturday, August 14; 12(noon) – 6:00 p.m. Pick up (parking) site is Wilcox Elementary, 34580 Bainbridge Road to the Corn festival grounds. Accepting donations for the service.
Laptop Computer Needed
The AARP volunteers said they could assist additional clients for taxes next year, if we had a laptop computer. If you or you know someone who could donate a laptop to the Senior Center, we need one with the following; RAM- at least 512 MB, Processorat least 1.2 GB and Windows XP. Please call Rita Price, Director at 353-0856, if you can help out with a donation.
