Kianna Williamson, 27, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, obstructing official business, driving under revocation or suspension and fictitious plates.
Williamson and an unknown male were seen attempting to break the window of the apartment in the 5000 block of West Erie Avenue, then fled, jumping a fence into the Booker T. Washington apartments, police said. Williamson was soon pulled over in a traffic stop, alone, on Meister Road near Surf Avenue.
Williamson reportedly told police she had no identification but gave police false information. A tattoo on her right arm helped them identify Williamson, who also had four outstanding warrants from various agencies. Police said further investigation revealed the license plates on the car she was driving to be fictitious and that she was driving under a suspended license.
Police said witnesses claimed Williamson had been harassing and terrorizing her ex-boyfriend and his family for some time. There was an order stating that Williamson is barred from the premises, police said.
