11:54 p.m. – 3000 block Homewood Drive, air conditioner, food and pots and pans stolen from residence.

Friday, Aug. 13

10:06 p.m. – West 14th Street and Reid Avenue, teenaged male charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no license plate light, no taillights, no driver’s license. Teenaged female charged with possession of marijuana.

Saturday, Aug. 14

12:06 a.m. – 2500 block E. 29th St., Angel Gonzalez, 23, of Lorain, charged with reckless operation on public or private property.

7:31 a.m. – 2100 block Hancock St., prescription drugs stolen from residence.

8:49 a.m. – Colorado Avenue and Nevada Avenue, Andre Gaines, 32, of Lorain, charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and driving under revocation or suspension.

11:55 a.m. – 4100 block Tacoma Ave., garage window broken.

2:23 p.m. – 3000 block Jaeger Road, teenaged brother and sister charged with theft, accused of shoplifting clothing, accessories and cologne from Kohl’s.

4:59 p.m. – 1200 block W. Fifth St., report made of man making sexual advances at teenaged male and female.

7:28 p.m. – 2300 block Washington Ave., car keyed.

8:33 p.m. – East 36th Street and Toledo Avenue, Delbert Aycox, 53, of Lorain, charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct persisting, disorderly conduct by intoxication and menacing.

8:35 p.m. – 1000 block W. 29th St., wallet containing, cash, ID and bank card stolen from vehicle.

10:26 p.m. – 4700 block Oberlin Ave., report that man assaulted cousin, stole her money and pushed her out of vehicle.

10:54 p.m. – Hamilton Avenue and West Erie Avenue, Jose Romero, 29, of Lorain, charged with driving under revocation or suspension and stop sign violation.

Sunday Aug. 15

12:23 p.m. – Pearl Avenue and East 29th Street, Luis Pena Jr., 23, of Lorain, charged with driving under revocation or suspension and no lighted lights.

1:53 a.m. – 2900 block Pearl Ave., assault reported at Southerners Bar.

2:54 a.m. – 3000 block Pearl Ave., Felix Lopez, 28, of Lorain, charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication.

Friday, Aug. 13

12:19 p.m. – 700 block Stanford Ave., wallet, Cedar Point season pass and iPod stolen from vehicle. 3:10 p.m. – 100 block Pennsylvania Ave., car stolen from residence driveway.

8:18 p.m. – 300 block Boston Ave., bicycle stolen from back yard.

10:11 p.m. – 200 block Washington Ave., two shirtless black men enter apartment, demand money from woman inside. She gives them $20, they leave.

10:54 p.m. – 200 block Jackson Ave., home broken into, front door damaged.

7:59 p.m. – 300 block Oberlin Road, 11-year-old boy charged with assault.

Saturday, Aug. 14

12:47 a.m. – 900 block Sherwood Drive, mirrors broken off parked car.

1:39 a.m. – 400 block Ohio St., egg thrown at window, screen broken.

2:26 a.m. – Broad Street and Middle Avenue, Mark Streets, 36, of Elyria, charged with parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

5:17 a.m. – 6800 block West River Road S., Jordan Williams, 21, of Elyria, charged with assault.

6:07 p.m. – Glenview Drive, complaint of two men in neighborhood selling magazines, men located and advised to get a soliciting permit.

Friday, August 6 12:07 a.m. – 32100 block Lake Road, juvenile spotted toilet-papering residence, gone when police arrived.

11:54 a.m. – 32600 block Carriage Lane, report of fawn kicking house. Fawn died as officers arrived.

7:24 p.m. – 32500 block Surrey Lane, multiple complaints of man soliciting in neighborhood, man advised if police have to respond again involving him he will be charged.

12:16 p.m. – 300 block Long Pointe Drive, purse containing wallet, ID, credit and debit cards, cash and iPod stolen from parked vehicle.

Monday, August 9

4:14 p.m. – 32800 block Walker Road, complaint of skateboarders in area, skateboarders advised and go up to skate park.

9:32 p.m. – 32800 block Sorrento Road, cars keyed while parked at town pool.

Tuesday, August 10

6:25 p.m. – 100 block Williamsburg Drive, complaint of solicitor at door who is demanding to know why resident didn’t buy magazines yesterday.

10:29 p.m. – 200 block Parkview Drive, complaint of juveniles in area painting house windows with soap.

Wednesday, August 11

7:58 a.m. – 32600 block Carriage Lane, vehicle coated in eggs and pancake mix.

3:26 p.m. – Lake Road and North Point Drive, large black dog in road picked up by dog warden. 6:06 p.m. – 32800 block Electric Blvd., parent brings in juvenile daughter with bicycle daughter admitted stealing. Bicycle returned to owner.

Monday, August 9

2:24 a.m. – Long Road, juveniles with intentions to toilet paper a house are sent home.

6:50 a.m. – North Long Road and French Creek Road, box containing two kittens left alongside intersection. Love-A-Stray picks them up from police.

1:34 p.m. – 36700 block Detroit Road, landscaping figurines stolen.

2:23 p.m. – 4400 block Nagel Road, satellite control box at Red Tail Golf Club vandalized.

Wednesday, August 11

12:19 a.m. – 36200 block South Park Drive, object thrown through large plate glass window.

1:01 p.m. – 39200 block Camelot Way, house egged.

2:32 p.m. – 2800 block Shakespeare Lane, home broken into.

6:16 p.m. – 35900 block Chester Road, attempt to pass a bad check at Wal-Mart.

6:18 p.m. – 37800 block French Creek Road, dog bites woman, dog quarantined by dog warden.

Thursday, August 12

7:21 p.m. – 36300 block South Park Drive, mailbox struck. Mailbox and post dragged into street.

9:43 p.m. – 35900 block Detroit Road, repeated prank phone calls to business.

10:00 p.m. – 2000 block Recreation Drive, iPod stolen from locker at YMCA.

Friday, August 13

1:39 a.m. – Shakespeare Lane, report of juveniles hanging out near party room bridge. One of the juveniles had an outstanding warrant from Sheffield Village, was turned over to SVPD.

3:49 p.m. – 35900 block Chester Road, juvenile cited after getting caught shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Saturday, August 14

7:14 a.m. – Interstate 90 and state Route 611, dog running on interstate, eventually nabbed by animal control in 1900 block Julia Drive.
