Monday, Sept. 6
8:10 a.m. – 800 block Longson Ave., woman reports someone threatened to shoot her and her daughter.
3:20 p.m. – West River Road and Furnace Street, car approaching intersection hit by BB gun fire.
3:44 p.m. – 100 block Erie St., garage broken into, possibly in an attempt to steal motorcycles.
5:37 p.m. – 500 block S. Abbe Road, all four tires on vehicle slashed.
6:30 p.m. – 900 block E. Broad St., wallet containing ID, credit and debit cards and Social Security card stolen.
6:59 p.m. – 1000 block Chestnut Commons Drive, Walmart Supercenter, Livona Ammons, 30, of Elyria, and Cholena Ammons, 31, of Elyria, charged with theft, accused of shoplifting.
8:19 p.m. – 600 block Chestnut Commons Drive, Tan City, man warned not to return after giving employee a harassing letter.
9:19 p.m. – 100 block Kentucky Drive, Ryan Veyda, 19, of Elyria, charged with underage possession. Akeem Davis, 23, of Elyria, charged with disorderly conduct.
10:55 p.m. – 2700 block Fackler Ave., television stolen from residence.
10:51 p.m. – 100 block Bethesda Circle, vehicle egged.
Tuesday, Sept. 7
12:20 a.m. – 100 block Garvin Ave., rock thrown through window. 12:34 a.m. – 200 block N. West River Road, rock thrown through window.
9:53 a.m. – 300 block N. West River Road, window damaged at Gyro House, no entry made.
11:23 a.m. – 8900 block West Ridge Road, vacant condo damaged.
11:57 a.m. – 500 block Tremont Street, harassing messages and Facebook postings reported.
1:04 p.m. – 1300 block East Ave., abandoned bicycle found on property, turned over to police.
1:17 p.m. – 800 block Rosewood Drive, residence broken into, two flat-screen TVs, two laptop computers and a video game system stolen.
2:01 p.m. – 300 block Beebe Ave., Holly Sebastian, 21, of Elyria, charged with domestic violence.
2:11 p.m. – 100 block Brunswick Drive, domestic violence reported.
2:39 p.m. – 100 block Yorkshire Court, Budget Auto Sales parking lot broken into, catalytic converters stolen off two vehicles.
5:52 p.m. – 400 block Midway Blvd., Marc’s, Gregory Sines, 33, of Lorain, charged with two counts of theft. He was turned over to Vermilion police on a warrant.
7:02 p.m. – 100 block Academy Court, 17-year-old female from Fairview Park charged with theft, accused of stealing a cell phone.
Wednesday, Sept. 8
12:18 a.m. – 100 block Pratt Blvd., someone using an ATM gets someone else’s card when they put their own card in, turns it over to police.
3:17 a.m. – Middle Avenue and Fourth Street, man reported being approached by another man asking for a cigarette, when he answered that he doesn’t have one, the other man punched him in the head.

Wednesday, Sept. 1
9:53 a.m. — 6700 block of Case Road, Jacob L. Dunbar, 19, of North Ridgeville, charged with theft.
Thursday, Sept. 2
5:12 p.m. — Ronald Drive and Paula Boulevard, Greg A. DePenbrok, 31, of North Ridgeville, charged with passing a stopped school bus.
11:07 p.m. — 32390 Lorain Road, Roy E. Skinner, 31, of Olmsted Falls, charged obstructing official business and resisting arrest in the parking lot of Sheetz gas station.
Saturday, Sept. 4
1:35 a.m. — Mildred Street and Rosebelle Avenue, Joseph E. Bosky, 26, of North Ridgeville, charged with hit-skip and driving under the influence following an accident which police said a car struck a phone pole. Madeline T. Gumina, 21, of Rocky River, a passenger, was cited for wrongful entrustment.
2 a.m. — Alternate state Route 83 and state Route 10, Zachary C. Low, 20, of Elyria, charged with speeding and driving under suspension.
5:03 p.m. — 34740 Center Ridge Road, police report $71.25 in items including soap and medication stolen from a Family Dollar store.
Monday, Sept. 6
11:35 p.m. — 7300 block of Grant Drive, Bonnie L. Bentz, 50, of North Ridgeville, charged with criminal trespassing, criminal damaging and disorderly conduct by intoxication. Police said Bentz was charged after she allegedly damaged a front door screen of a neighbor’s after being warned to stay away following an earlier incident.
