Browns down 16-7 after 3 quarters

CINCINNATI – The Browns need a fourth-quarter comeback to take the listless Battle of Ohio.

Cincinnati’s Clint Stitser kicked two field goals in the third quarter, extending the Bengals’ lead to 16-7 with 15 minutes left. But the Browns had the ball inside the 5-yard line at the end of the quarter.

The Bengals continued to pound the ball on the ground. Cedric Benson went over 100 yards for the day and ran eight straight plays on the second field-goal drive.
