Lorain issues snow ban
The city of Lorain has issued a citywide emergency snow ban. Parking is not permitted on any city street effective 7 a.m. Tuesday until 7 p.m. Thursday. The ban will take effect in the business district after normal business hours. Violators may be ticketed or towed.
