Critter Chronicles: Chase (2)

Wonderful Chase was surrendered to the shelter because his owner passed away. Chase is a little shy at first but warms up pretty quickly. He’s a little confused having just lost his owner and being brought to the shelter. That’s a lot for any dog to handle. Chase has pancreatitis, a somewhat common condition found in German Shepherds. He’s a healthy dog but needs medication to keep his condition under control. Chase loves to go for walks and is easy on a leash. He gets along with dogs but is not fond of cats. Chase likes kids, but they should be older. Please give Chase a chance. He’s been through enough and is really a great dog. Chase got to be in the APL Christmas photo and was fine with all the people, dogs and confusion.
