9:29 p.m. — 200 block Market Drive, Victor Rosado, 22, Lorain, charged with reckless operation, fleeing police officers in a motor vehicle and theft; and Juan Diaz-Pacheco, 26, Lorain, charged with criminal trespass.

4:51 a.m. — Orchard Lane, police cite Taylor Fortier, 19, of Wellington, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs after a complaint from a newspaper carrier that a man was on the front porch and she was concerned about his welfare. A glass pipe was found on his lap and he had marijuana in his pocket, according to a police report.
