Critter Chronicles: Salem

This beautiful girl has a very sad story, as her life has been anything but good up until this point. Salem has been passed around by people who couldn’t give her the time of day and teach her anything. She is currently in a home with other dogs and is learning how to be a normal dog. Salem seems to be OK with submissive dogs but may have issues with dominant ones. She is possessive of her toys so we would like to place her as an only dog or only a dog that is submissive. She is still so young and will be a wonderful companion to someone willing to show her the way. She has two very smart breeds in her which will help her learn so much quicker. A foster home is becoming urgent since she has to be separated from some of the dogs at her current temporary home. Salem is house-trained, crate-trained and is a very playful girl. Please help Salem – she deserves it.
