Angney was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ropchock was LifeFlighted to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, according to the patrol. The hospital did not have any record of him being a patient, according to a spokeswoman.

The patrol suspects alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Ropchock will be charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle while under the influence and left of center.
