2:45 a.m. — Police were summoned three times to an apartment in the College Park Apartments complex off North Abbe Road between 12:45 and 2:27 a.m. Saturday for noise complaints and a disturbance involving a fight. Reports said persons involved dispersed but got returnee each time and continued to be rowdy. Waylon Nail, 31, of Elyria was charged with disorderly conduct by persisting.

8 a.m. — 1313 Taylor St. Employees of Forevergreen Lawn Care told police someone broke into the business between 7 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday and stole $550 in hand tools, a chainsaw, trimmer and blower.

9:38 a.m. – 2000 block Broadway. Copper piping and a refrigerator compressor valued at some $18,000 were reported taken from a residence. A woman told police thieves broke a rear door window and damaged a basement door to gain entry.
