Mady M. Kostiha (nee Mizerik), 78, died Monday, August 6, 2012.
She was the beloved wife of the late Eugene Kostiha; dear mother of Tillie Gigliotti (Nelson) and the late Joanie Schmidt; loving grandmother of three; and sister of Denis, Robert Mizerik and the late Eugene Mizerik.
Mass of Christian Burial to be held Wednesday August 8, 2012, 10 A.M., at St. Bernadette’s Church, 2256 Clague Road, Westlake.. Friends may call from 5 until 8 P.M., Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at Jenkins Funeral Chapel, 2914 Dover Center Road, Westlake.
