ELYRIA – Donna Brown, who is accused of gunning down two of her cousins, Dale Linder Jr. and Justin Linder, has been indicted on capital murder charges.

Police have said Brown walked into he Linders’ home and shot Dale Linder Jr. She then shot Justin Linder outside, according to investigators.

Mike Duff, Brown’s defense attorney, has argued that Brown shot the brothers in self-defense because they had been harassing her about her sexual orientation. He contends Brown was attacked at Fourth of July party and the brothers were terrorizing her before that for being a lesbian.
