In order to get an accurate up-to-date pulse on Lorain County’s current health needs, the Lorain County General Health District (LCGHD) in collaboration with a number of local organizations has completed an extensive community health assessment. Based upon the results of the assessment, the LCGHD is now seeking community input to guide the development of a comprehensive Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Your comments will be collected anonymously and taken into consideration during strategic planning.
