Brian was born May 15, 1965, in Lakewood. He was raised in Avon Lake, where he attended high school. Brian moved to Sarasota, Florida before moving to Amherst, where he resided for four years.
Brian was a carpenter in trade working with various construction companies. He used his talent working as a cabinet maker. Brian was very artistic and loved drawing and writing poetry. His hobbies included fishing and restoring old cars. Brian had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and enjoyed making others laugh as well. He was an avid Cleveland Browns Fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Candice Conrad of Vermilion; his mother, Grace “Pat” Conrad (nee Benosky) of Amherst; his brothers, Wesley (Dawn) Conrad of Amherst, Terence (Judy) Conrad of Elyria, Russell Conrad of Amherst; sisters, Norene (Tom) Rollins of Parma Heights, Melisa Conrad and Kelly (Pete) Schuler, both of Amherst.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Conrad in 1962; and his father, James Conrad in 2005.
Friends may call Saturday, October 6, 2012, from 12 P.M., until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 2 P.M., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 200 St. Joseph Drive, Amherst. The Reverend Fr. Lawrence Martello, Pastor will be the Celebrant.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Brian Conrad Fund at any Lorain National Bank.
