Constance “Connie” Olsen Faubel passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. She was born July 7, 1949, in Port Clinton. Connie loved spending time with her sons, her brother, her friends and caring for her cats. The beach was her home.
Connie has spent her life caring for others and cherishing her many friendships. Those who knew her would say she is the most generous and giving individual they know.
Connie is survived by her sons, Derek Faubel, Brice Faubel (Beth); brother, Bruce J. Olsen (Teri); nieces, Brittany and Lauren Olsen; and grandson, Elliott Faubel.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10 A.M., Tuesday, October 9, 2012, in the chapel of Beach United Methodist Church, with a reception following, 325 7th Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations, in Connie’s honor, be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund or the Jacksonville Humane Society.
