Caroline M. “Carrie” Wolan (nee Swantek), 69, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012.
She was the beloved wife of Richard J.; dearest mother of Jen (Randy) Simonis, Jack (Laurel) Wolan, Joanne Wolan, Julie (Joe) Rolinc; dear grandmother of Joe, Kate, Anna, Megan, Tommy, Amy, Maggie; sister of Pat (Jim) Kazimour, Joe (Ann) Swantek.
Friends may call at the Tomon & Sons Funeral Home, 7327 Pearl Rd., Middleburg Heights (S. Of Bagley Rd.), Sunday, October 21, 2102, from 4 until 8 P.M. Everyone is asked to meet at Our Lady of Grace Church, 1088 Ridge Rd. Hinckley, Monday, October, 22, 2012, at 10 A.M., for a Mass of Christian Burial. Private internment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
