Bobby D. Clowser, 69, of LaGrange passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 in Elyria Memorial Hospital R.M.C. after a long illness. He was born Tuesday, July 6, 1943 in Normantown West Virginia, living in the LaGrange area since 1965.
He is a member of Wellington Freewill Baptist Church for many years. Mr. Clowser was employed by the Ford Motor Co. in Lorain as a laborer until his retirement in 1993. He enjoyed woodworking, playing cards, hunting and the outdoors. He also enjoyed 4 wheelers.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores married 49 yrs; three sons, Robert Clowser of Wellington, David Clowser of Cleveland, Randy Clowser of Port Clinton; five grandchildren; one sister, Judy Clowser of Mississippi;
two brothers, Johnny Clowser of Salem, West Virginia and Jimmy Clowser of Cedarville, West Virginia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Nell Clowser; and a nephew, Kevin Clowser.
Friends may call in the Blackburn-Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St. Grafton Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 5 to 8 P.M. with funeral service Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 11 A.M. with Rev Roger Rice pastor of Wellington Freewill Baptist Church in Wellington. Burial will take place at a later date.
