Lillian M. Zvosec

Lillian M. Zvosec (nee McCullough), 85, of Elyria, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012, following a short illness. She was born December 12, 1926 and resided in Elyria for the past 56 years.

Lillian was a 60 year member of St.Vincent DePaul Church in Lorain, where she was active in the Altar & Rosary Society and taught P.S.R. classes. She was a graduate of Elyria High School. Lillian was a fun loving and caring person who enjoyed playing golf and Scrabble. Most of all she was a loving and nurturing mother and grandmother.

She is survived by four children, Mary Lu McCoy of Grafton, Michael (Dianne) Zvosec of Elyria, Edward (LeAnn) Zvosec of Elyria and Tessie (Rick) Baker of North Ridgeville; three sisters, Louise Staszak of Lorain, Jo Ann Hambly of Amherst and Barbara (Richard) Schwartz of Lorain; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Michael D. Zvosec in 1984; three daughters, Gail Ann Dyer-Raith, Lynne Marie Ralston and Debra Jean Zvosec; two brothers, Robert and Earl McCullough; and two sisters, Lucille McCullough and Donna Morris.

Friends will be received Tuesday, November 27, 2012, from 4 to 8 P.M., at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland St., Elyria. Closing prayers will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 9:15 A.M., in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M., at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Lorain. The Reverend Father Donald Dunson, Pastor of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, will be the Celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
