Phyllis was an avid Elvis collector, and enjoyed baking and crafts.
Survivors include a daughter, Denise Bourne (Craig); two sons, John Prokay (Lisa), Kevin Backus (Jill); six grandchildren, Sherri Raleigh (Chuck), Stacy Berry (Tony), Chelsea Bourne, Craig Bourne Jr., Erika Feliciano, John Prokay II; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers, James “Pete” Thompson (Donna), Minville Thompson, Jr. (Judy), Lee Thompson (Mary Lou); and many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Charles T.; a son, Ricky Prokay; a grandson, Noaha Raleigh; and her parents, Minville and Arbutus Jonas (nee Riggs) Thompson.

(at State Rt. 57), Elyria (440) 322-4626, where funeral services will be at 11 A.M., Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Burial will be at West Salem Cemetery, West Salem, Ohio.
