The accident was reported at 6:10 a.m. just a tenth of a mile north of the county line on state Route 58, according to Trooper Paul Green from the Ashland Post of the State Highway Patrol.

Green said Daniel Fulmer, 29, of Kent was driving a Ford Ranger pickup truck. Fulmer was LifeFlighted to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.

Todd Cannon, 50, of Oberlin was driving a tractor-trailer and had treatment arranged for by the company he works for, R&J Trucking from Youngstown, Green said.
