4:58 a.m. — 200 block Winckles St., an employee of Smink Electric said the rear windows of his company van were broken. The employee reported seeing a man wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans running from the van.

7:39 p.m. — 100 block Erie St., Tera Dean, 19, same address, arrested and charged with domestic violence. Dean’s 14-year-old sister said Dean wrestled with her, trying to grab her cell phone and then bit her on the face. Police said the 14-year-old girl had a bite mark on her face, and the girl’s 11-year-old brother confirmed the story. Police spoke with Dean’s mother, who was unable to be in the home due to her own domestic violence charges filed against her by Dean, but gave officers permission to go into the house and arrest her daughter.

8 p.m. — 100 block Brook Valley Drive, reported break-in at a home in which nothing was reported stolen.

10:55 p.m. — 200 block 13th St., a man told police he was visiting his girlfriend and parked his black BMW in her parking lot. He said the vehicle was damaged when he returned to it. A passenger’s side window was broken and an unknown person carved the words “Ha-ha-punk” into the front hood.
