Phyllis J. Leininger, 74, a resident of Elyria most of her life, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Keystone Pointe Health and Rehabilitation in LaGrange.

Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elyria, handled arrangements.
