Patricia Ruth Caswell, 73, of Wellington, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 14, 2013 at University Hospital in Cleveland, after a short illness. She was born October 14, 1939 in Oberlin, to the late Paul Ray and Ruth Leola (nee Loper) Adams. Patricia lived most of her life in the Wellington area.
Patricia worked as a home health care aid through Comfort Keepers for many years. She was an active member of the Wellington Eagles Aerie 2051 Auxiliary. Patricia was an avid bowler both at Strikeout Lanes in Wellington and with the Wii Bowlers at the Wellington Eagles. Most of all Patricia cherished taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Ronald; her children, Bill (Julie) Schramm of Wellington, Bob (Sharon) of New London, Betty (Dave) Irvan and Tony Schramm, both of Wellington; Ronald’s children, Ronald, Jr. of Wellington, Charlene of Cleveland and Richard of Wellington; 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; she is also survived by her siblings, Jim Adams and Betty Adams, both of Lorain and Paula Adkins of Tennessee.
Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Charlotte; brothers, Rick and John; grandson, Colby; and a great grandson, Christopher.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 3 to 7 P.M. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main St., Wellington. Service will be held Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Brighton United Methodist Church, 21938 State Rt. 511, starting at 11 A.M. with Pastor Tina Siroki officiating, burial will follow at Brighton Township Cemetery.
