Eleven people were arrested and charged with drunken driving by the Ohio Highway Patrol Elyria post last week, according to a news release. So far, 46 people have been arrested this year. Those arrested last week were:
- Wilbur Blake, 41, Lorain.
- Jerry Boone, 24, Elyria.
- Angel Figueroa, 42, Lorain.
- Matthew Guggenbiller, 24, Lorain.
- Destiny McNeill, 19, Lorain.
- Alexa Owens, 22, Elyria.
- Jenny Rios, 36, Lorain.
- Mark Smith, 53, Lorain.
- Nichole Springer, 32, Oberlin.
- Henry Walker, 54, Lorain.
- Paul Wright, 21, Elyria.
