She was born June 16, 1949 in Elyria, attended Elyria High School and was a former employee of Lorain Products. Rhea enjoyed reading and crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also a fan of local speedway racing and was a Harley Davidson enthusiast.
Rhea is survived by her daughters, Carol L. Van Antwerp and Marie D. Van Antwerp, both of Elyria and Victoria S. (David) Layne of Sheffield Village; son, Shawn E. Van Antwerp of Elyria; grandchildren, Nicholle Van Antwerp, Sebastiano and Giovanna Layne and Trinity and Harley Van Antwerp; brother, Mike (Lois) Toth of Elyria; niece, Nikki Cleary and nephew Gary Toth.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor Toth and Eleanor Moore.
Friends will be received Thursday, January 31, 2013, from 4 P.M., until the time of a 7 P.M. prayer service, at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave. Elyria.
