Estil “Dewey” Peak, 80, formerly of Warren, Pennsylvania and Elyria, passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 at Tara Plantation, Carthage, North Carolina, following a lengthy battle with Dementia/Alzheimer’s.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; and sons, Terry, Jerry, John Peak and Mike Morris.
He is survived by his sister, Jewel Kino; and sons, Joe, Dewey Jr. and Scott Morris; daughters, Deloris Peak, Margie Schweizer and Sue Clement; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Ford Motor Company retiree and longtime member of the Moose and Eagles clubs.
Private services were held at Eureka Presbyterian Church in Carthage, North Carolina.
