Wednesday, Jan. 30

7:59 a.m. — 300 block Olive St., theft of keys to six company vehicles, an Enterprise rental vehicle, computer and tower and several company gas cards to purchase gas from Med Speed. Police said the items, except for the gas cards, were found in a garbage bin near the property.

8:39 a.m. — 100 block Ridge Circle, reported burglary of a home. An X-Box 360 stolen.

Thursday, Jan. 31

12:45 a.m. — 1500 block West Ave., Kenneth Causby, 55, 200 block Fourth St., arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. Police said Causby was sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Grenadier Club and hid from officers when they passed. Police said Causby was ordered out of the vehicle, and he had white powder residue on his nose. Officers searched Causby and found 1.9 grams of powder cocaine in his pocket.

4:20 a.m. — 200 block Washington Ave., theft of a television, BluRay player and DVD player during a home burglary. A woman who lived in the home told police she believed the burglar entered through an unlocked second-floor sliding glass door and left through the front door, which was found unlocked.
