11:05 a.m. — 100 block West Ave., a woman told police four aluminum wheels with tires were removed from her 1993 Ford Probe overnight. She believed her ex-boyfriend removed the tires, but police said there were no witnesses, and the man denied the theft.
11:07 a.m. — 1100 block Barbara St., theft of mail from a mailbox. A woman told police her money orders were taken but her other mail was left in the box.
6:50 p.m. — 700 block East Ave., reported damage to two homes, a father and a son who live next to each other. Police said there was damage to the door of each home, but entry did not appear to be made into the homes. The men had no suspects.
10:56 p.m. — 100 block Riverside Court, police met with a Riverside Court apartment maintenance man, who reported several items had been stolen from vacant apartments throughout the month. Police said mailbox doors and two metal heat covers were missing. The man had video of the thefts, according to a police report.

Monday, Feb. 4
7:01 a.m. — 35895 Center Ridge Road, a 13-year-old North Ridgeville boy was referred to Lorain County Juvenile Court on charges of inducing panic and telecommunications harassment after police said he made a bomb threat to the school over the weekend.
Tuesday, Feb. 5
3:18 p.m. — 37140 Sugar Ridge Road, employees of AA Fire Protection told police they discovered cash, checks and gift cards totaling $3,940 missing from the business. An ex-employee is suspected in the theft, reports said.
Thursday, Feb. 7
6:29 p.m. — 6100 block of Paula Blvd, an inspection of a rental house following an eviction turned up a missing stove and refrigerator valued at $1,500.
Friday, Feb. 8
3:43 a.m. — Dyke Road, Jeremy J. Davis, 26, of North Ridgeville, charged with improperly discharging a firearm and inducing panic. Police reports said officers responded to several reports of shots being fired in the area. Police found a number of shell casings in the driveway of a home after which a man later identified as Davis admitted to firing several rounds from an assault rifle. Police confiscated the weapon during their investigation.
Sunday, Feb. 10
2:57 a.m. — Interstate 480 westbound and Lorain Road, Stephen K. Williams, 58, of Brook Park charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and reasonable control after police said he drove a vehicle that jumped the cement divider on Lorain Road as he left the interstate.
