Longtime Chronicle managing editor dies at age 81

Miller

Longtime Chronicle-Telegram Managing Editor Arnold Miller has died today at age 81.

Miller started at The Chronicle in 1972, according to current Managing Editor Julie Wallace.

Miller is known for leading The Chronicle to its highest circulation during his tenure, Wallace said.

Wallace said Miller was at a hospice in Westlake when he died.
