10:44 a.m. — 100 Warren Ave., Stephen J. White, 26, same address, arrested and charged with domestic violence. White’s girlfriend, whom police said was bleeding profusely from the back of the head, said he threw a glass and hit her in the back of her head after she pulled his hair. Police said they found a knife sticking in the wall and had seen knives sticking in walls at White’s former home.
7:05 p.m. — 700 block Furnace St., youth, 17, same address, arrested and charged with domestic violence. The youth’s mother, whom police said had a slightly swollen right elbow, said he pushed her and broke her arm. The youth said his mother hit him first, and he was defending himself.
8:35 p.m. — Police Department, 18 West Ave., woman said someone keyed the driver’s side door of her car in the Foster Garden Apartments.
Wednesday, Feb. 20
1:30 a.m. — 200 block Seventh St., Isidro Casarez Jr., 51, same address, arrested and charged with breaking and entering and resisting arrest. Police said Casarez broke into the home next door to his home and scuffled with officers when they handcuffed him. They said he banged his head against a wall and later banged his head on the booking room door while being booked at the police department.
6:08 a.m. — 1800 block Turner Blvd., Juan Kimbro, 44, same address, arrested and charged with resisting arrest. Police said when they tried to arrest Kimbro on a warrant for domestic violence, he struggled with them while being handcuffed.
Tuesday, Feb. 19
6:34 p.m. — 2800 block Cromwell Drive, Miguel Castillo, 62, same address, arrested for a violation of a temporary protection order. Anthony Catalano, 29, 500 block W. 28th St., arrested on a felony warrant through the Lorain Police Department for theft/ID fraud. Police were sent to a woman’s home for a fight between her ex-boyfriend and son. The woman’s son, Catalano, told police Castillo, who lives down the street, came to the house and threatened him with a hammer. Castillo said Catalano hit him in the head with a porcelain figurine. Police noted a large amount of blood and a broken porcelain figurine in the home. Both men were told to speak with the prosecutor to pursue any charges.
10:20 p.m. — 100 block W. Erie Ave., Adrian Pennington, 21, 2800 block McKinley St., charged with attempted assault on a corrections officer and resisting arrest. Police said Pennington, an inmate at Lorain City Jail, threw food from his cell block and confronted other inmates. Police said Pennington then made threats to a corrections officer and balled his fist as if to punch the officer. Pennington was restrained, and police said he struggled with officers as they handcuffed him.

3:18 p.m. — 33900 block of Floraline Ave., Larry K. Dolin III, 32, of Lorain, charged with felony theft after police said the man was paid $100 by contract to remove snow for a 69-year-old resident, but failed to do so.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
4:47 p.m. — 33312 Center Ridge Road, Dustina E. Clarke, 27, of North Ridgeville, charged with endangering children after police said employees of a business near the Century Tavern reported an unattended toddler walking next to the road in the vicinity of the bar.
8:50 p.m. — 36363 Center Ridge Road, William A. Cheh, 37, of Grafton, charged with disorderly conduct after police were sent to First Congregational Church following a 911 call reporting a fight between two men in the church basement.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
12:31 a.m. — 6450 Pitts Blvd., police were called to Mulligan’s Pub on reports of two intoxicated males fighting in the bar. After being told repeatedly by police to leave, the pair finally left, reports said, but one man then got out of a vehicle and headed back inside to get a friend. Robert J. Musil, 29, of North Ridgeville, was charged with disorderly conduct persisting, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business after police said Musil refused police orders to leave the property, failed to cooperate with police as he was being booked at the police station and tussled with an officer and was wrestled to the ground where he was restrained.
Saturday, Feb. 16
2:08 a.m. — Chestnut Ridge and Lear-Nagle Road, Kenneth C. Johnston, 48, of Fairview Park, charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, and flashing traffic signals.
