Highway Patrol reports 22 OVI arrests in past two weeks

The Elyria Post of The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the following OVI arrests over the past two weeks in Lorain County:

  • Bradly Block, 20, Amherst – Refused BAC Test
  • Jerome A. Caffey, 40, Sandusky – Tested .116 BAC
  • Anthony Ruiz, 24, Lorain – Refused BAC Test
  • Benjamin R. Clark, 21, Vermilion – No Test
  • Randolph L. Knavel, 44, Concord – Tested .103 BAC
  • Michelle Derifay, 44, Amherst – Tested .178 BAC
  • Shaneathia Williams, 28, Elyria – Refused BAC Test
  • Jeremy Little, 29, Sheffield Lake – Refused BAC Test
  • Aaron R. Pina, 26, Lorain – Tested .224 BAC
  • Isaias I. Castro, 29, Lorain – No Test
  • Thomas J. Foley, 22, Olmsted Falls – Tested .175 BAC
  • Kevin Smith, 39, Lorain – Refused BAC Test
  • John Colley, 51, Wellington – Blood test, results pending
  • Mark Thomas, 45, Valley City – No Test
  • Bobylynn L. Leg, 38, North Ridgeville – Urine test, results pending
  • Richard Holloway, 44, Lorain – Refused BAC Test
  • Mark White, 38, Berea – Refused BAC Test
  • Stephen C. Clay, 20, North Royalton – Urine test, results pending
  • Matthew Kubach, 58, Elyria – Tested .129 BAC
  • Britny Andulics, 27, Lorain – Refused BAC Test

This brings the year to date total OVI arrests to 109 reported by the Elyria Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. As of March 4, 2013, the Ohio State Highway Patrol has made 3,869 statewide OVI arrests in 2013.
