Chris “Spotsy” Speroff was born March 14, 1922 in Amherst, to the late Naum and Sevda Speroff, and was a lifelong resident of Amherst. Chris entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2013, even though he rested a lot and was never in a hurry.
He enjoyed Jitterbug dancing, where he won many contests, cars, and women, except for the ones who told him what to do, until he died. He was a master electrician, and keeper of many fine things: clothes, receipts, newspapers, and free give aways.
Spotsy was preceded in death by his brothers, Vasil and Steve Speroff; and a nephew, Steve Jr.
Leon, Ted, and Geraldine found Spotsy’s billfold and hope you will be able to attend this gathering, while we open it up and share your stories about the lives and hearts that Spotsy filled.
A celebration of the life of Chris “Spotsy” Speroff will be held at the Dragon Ranch, 9884 Leavitt Road, Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11:30 A.M.
Arrangements were handled by the Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Ave., Amherst.
