Keith Richard “Bubba” Adamson, 55, of Elyria, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at University Hospital in Cleveland, following a brief illness. He was born in Swickley, Pennsylvania on August 22, 1957 and had lived in Elyria for the past 25 years.
Bubba had been employed as a truck driver for Modular Company located in Grand Rapids Michigan. He enjoyed working on race cars and going to car races.
Survivors include his former wife, Debra; brothers, Tom (Sherry) Adamson of Elyria, Danny Adamson of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania and John (Donna) Adamson of Streetsboro; sisters, Karen (Jerry) Carter of Birch River, West Virginia, Janet (Tony) Krokos of Ravenna and Cindy (Rod) Thompson of Warren; step mother, Ruby Adamson; three step brothers; two step sisters; 17 nieces and nephews; and 26 great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Kathryn Adamson.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 4 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church, 114 Hope Court, Elyria. Pastor Darrell Edgar will officiate.
