Critter Chronicles: Chip

CHIPS

Check out Mr. Chips! He’s a lively boy that arrived from another facility in hopes of getting a home sooner at Friendship. This fellow has a pleasant personality. He loves to get out and run and play in the fenced in area outside. It’s very hard for younger larger dogs to be cooped up in a cage all day. If you visit, take Chips outside and let him run off some of his energy before making a decision on him. Once he calms down he’s a great dog. He’s eager to please and easy to love. Chips was recently adopted and returned. The family was devastated but Chips was a little too active for their younger kids. They said he was a wonderful dog. They even had him DNA tested and found him to be a purebred English coonhound. His former family also had a trainer come to their home and work with Chips. Adopt Chips and you’ll be getting a great dog!

If you have older kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
