Friday, April 5

11:03 p.m. — Elm Street, a resident said someone was lying in the grass. An officer arrived and found Patrick Graham, 22, 100 block Jones Street, Wellington, lying on the ground, unresponsive. The officer detected a strong odor of alcohol and his speech was slurred. He also was unable to tell the officer what day it was or what town he was in. Graham was cited for possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana and disorderly conduct by intoxication.

Tuesday, April 9

8:12 p.m. — 400 block Jones Road, an officer was patrolling the area of the Wellington Reservoir and observed vehicle tire tracks which lead off the pavement onto the grass and up the steep bank to the top of the reservoir. A fisherman advised that a Jeep had just “climbed the reservoir bank to the top and drove back down it.” The officer found the Jeep in the grass, cutting ruts as it approached the parking lot area. A 17-year-old Wellington boy admitted to off-roading and climbing the steep bank of the reservoir with his vehicle. He was advised of the dangerous situation he put himself and his passenger in while climbing the steep bank. The 17-year-old was charged with criminal mischief and released at the scene to his father.

Sunday, April 14

11:56 a.m. — 100 block S. Main St., Farm and Home store, a woman said that while she was inside the facility, someone broke into her vehicle and took a child’s car seat. The manager of the store said that the cameras in the parking lot were not rotating at the time and needed to be reset. Additionally, two employees who were in the parking lot said they did not see anyone enter the vehicle.

Saturday, April 20

2:26 a.m. — 200 block N. Main St., Albert Soltis, 23, 500 block Barker Street, Wellington, and Christopher Reed, 26, 1900 block Butler Road, Wakeman, and Chris Whidden, 27, 2100 block Candlewood Drive, Avon, and James Reid, 21, 24000 block state Route 301, Wellington, were each charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication after an incident at Mosey Inn.

Friday, April 26

9:25 p.m. — Depot Street, a woman reported a tire on her vehicle had been punctured with a knife-like tool.
