Shirley M. Heideloff

A celebration of the life for Shirley M. (King) Heideloff, 83, of Columbia Station, will be 10 A.M., Friday, May 10, 2013 at Columbia United Methodist Church, 25453 Royalton Road, Columbia Station.

Mrs. Heideloff went home to be with God and her family on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Southwest Residential Hospice Center in Strongsville. Born March 11, 1930 in Cleveland, to the late Cora M. (Towne) and Robert King, she was a longtime resident of Columbia Station.

She was a devoted member of Columbia United Methodist Church, where she was also a member of the United Methodist Women and served as church secretary for 30 years.

Shirley was the loving mother of Ruthie (Pete) Vallejo, Jan Douglas and the late Jackie; grandmother of Andrea (Adam) Vallejo-Wead, Heidi (Jim) Graham, Scott and Tim Douglas; great grandchildren, Keith, Dawn, Cory and Danielle Graham.

She was the beloved wife and best friend for 61 years of the late George W. Heideloff, who passed away February 28, 2011.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M., Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the church. Final resting place will be in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, following the service.
