Suit against Browns running back moved

ELYRIA — A lawsuit against Browns’ running back Trent Richardson has been moved from Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court to Lorain County.

The lawsuit, originally filed in March, was moved last week, according to court records.

Krystal Jones and Kathleen Hunter have accused Richardson and others at his Columbia Station home of physically and verbally assaulting them on Dec. 10.

Richardson and several other people who were at the house, however, have denied they were the aggressors. They contend Jones and Hunter showed up uninvited, refused to leave and attacked a woman.

Prosecutors have said that no charges will likely be filed in the case.
