Julie Enia Taylor, 41, of Phoenix, Arizona, died suddenly in her home on Monday, May 27, 2013. She was born on November 23, 1971 in Parma, Ohio. She grew up in Sheffield Lake, graduating from Brookside High School in 1989.
She earned both her B.S. and Masters degrees in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations in 2003 from Cleveland State University. She then moved with her husband, Robert, and son, Jonah to Phoenix, Arizona and worked for the past nine years at Schreiber Foods.
Julie loved healthy cooking, debating politics, and championing the rights of others, including animals.
She is survived by her husband, Robert and son, Jonah of Phoenix, Arizona; her parents, James Enia (Diane) of Phoenix, and Laura Godfrey (Karl); sister, Christine King of Sheffield Lake; brothers, Chris West (Malia) of Grafton; Scott West (Kristi) of Gilbert, Arizona; sister-in-law, Mary Taylor of Florida; and loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 515 N. Leavitt Rd., Amherst, OH 44001, at 7 P.M., Tuesday, June 4, 2013 for family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lorain County SPCA.
