Wednesday, Aug. 14
7:41 a.m. — 1600 block Maryland Ave., between 1:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. someone stole a red Jeep Liberty. The car was later found in Elyria.
2:11 p.m. — 2853 Grove Ave., a man argued with a woman he knew outside of Rite Aid. The woman says he pushed her to the ground. The man says she hit him and kicked his car. The woman had no injuries.
3:57 p.m. — 1900 block E. 30th St., a man said his neighbor’s garage was broken into and tools were pulled out. Police found holes in the garage and tools around the neighbor’s yard.
4:00 p.m. — 3400 block Amherst Ave., a man said his neighbor is getting people to “mess stuff up” in his yard. He said his neighbor had someone put a landscaping brick in his driveway.
6:00 p.m. — 1500 block Tower Blvd., someone entered a house on Tower Boulevard and flipped furniture over. Police said drawers in the house were open and items were all over the floor.
6:45 p.m. — 1600 block Maryland Ave., a woman said someone got into her car but didn’t steal anything.
6:56 p.m. — 2600 block W. Erie Ave., a woman said that the father of her children, against whom she has a protection order, drove to her house and sounded his horn multiple times. The woman said she was afraid for herself and her child.
9:05 p.m. — 2700 block Utica Ave., a man said his neighbor was yelling at his kids. The man went to talk to the neighbor, who he said punched him in the head and kicked him in the chest.
Thursday, Aug. 15
1:35 a.m. — West 26th Street and Broadway, a woman said she took a ride from a white, middle-aged man who told her to perform oral sex on him. When she said no, he punched her in the face and told her to get out of the car, she said.
1:14 p.m. — 1700 block E. 32nd St., Alicia Moore was charged with possession of heroin, possession of a drug abuse instrument and obstructing official business. Police said she had a syringe that she said was full of water but when they tested it was positive for heroin. She has multiple similar convictions on her record.
