Baron has been living with his foster family since July 2013. While he’s a little shy in the beginning it doesn’t take him long to warm up. He is sweet and very playful once he feels comfortable. Baron is smart- he learned to use our doggie door within 20 minutes of being in our home. He very quickly became housetrained and has become a pro with the stairs. He sleeps on a dog bed and does not like to be crated. He gets along great with my two female greyhounds and enjoys my son’s two pit bull mixes when they visit. He also loves his stuffed toys which he often carries around. Baron loves to go on walks and is very good on a lead. He also takes correction very well and listens to the word” no.” He will be the first one to greet you when you come home. Due to his high prey drive I believe he will do best with a family that doesn’t have small dogs or cats. He’s fine with kids and dogs more than 30 pounds. Baron is our seventh foster greyhound and we just love him.
