Jonathan was a graduate of Keystone High School, Class of 2009. He received his Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Lorain County Community College in 2013. He was employed at Giant Eagle in Elyria as a Cashier and worked at UPS in Elyria, in the warehouse. Jonathan loved football, Madden XBox 360 Football and was a sports enthusiast.
He is survived by his father, Michael Eppley of Elyria; mother, Julie Jones of Parma Heights; stepdad, James Dempsey; twin brother, Jason Eppley; sisters, Allyson Eppley, Danielle Eppley, and Jacquelyn Luczwyo (Todd); paternal grandmother, Jeanne Eppley of Elyria; maternal grandfather, Lawrence Raybourne of Jacksonville, Florida; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bruce Eppley.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M., Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at the Busch Funeral Home, 114 Second Street, Elyria. Funeral service will be 11 A.M., Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at the funeral home. Reverend Richard Kretchmar, Pastor of Birmingham United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in North Murray Ridge Cemetery in Elyria.
