Hey,, we gotta do something about Gun Control ! This guy had, not one, but TWO of those deadly B B GUNS ! Senator Diane Feinstein would call them ASSAULT RIFLES ! So, let’s not take a chance ! Any Democrat would agree,, BAN THEM ALL !!!

Doesn’t matter if they were BB guns or 12-ga shotguns!
Ohio is an open carry state!
The problem is he crossed the track on rail road property and not at the crosswalk.

You’re right Phil, Ohio is an “open carry” State ! But, he ran from police, and he was on Railroad property, so some sort of charge(s) had to be filed. I would have suggested “resisting arrest”. It’s also interesting to note that, although open carry is legal, if someone calls and complains about “a person with a gun”, he / she can be charged with “inducing panic”, or the ever popular “disorderly conduct”. Fortunately, the majority of Police Officers don’t have a problem with law-abiding citizens having or carrying guns, the minority will adhere to the Democratic agenda !
