STONY RIDGE, Ohio — Authorities found the body of a second victim in the rubble of a home flattened by an explosion in northwest Ohio.

Searchers recovered the body about six hours after the blast.

Authorities just south of Toledo say three other people were injured early Tuesday morning near the village of Stony Ridge. The explosion scattered debris for up to a half-mile.

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office says four people were found outside the single-story home.

Neighbors say that the explosion woke them up around 5 a.m. and that it knocked items off their walls.

One says it sounded like a plane had crashed.
