Critter Chronicles: Rufus

Woof-Woof Rufus here. He was rescued from another facility because he had been there longer than any other dog. Rufus is a sweet boy with your typical nose to the ground personality. He would thrive in a big backyard to play in. At night he would be right at your feet keeping them warm on the cold winter nights to come. Rufus doesn’t seem to be bothered by the other dogs at the shelter and it’s not known if he likes cats. He’s friendly to everyone but because of his size and strength kids in the family should be a little older. Stop by and see big Ruf!

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
