Reward offered for suspect in weekend shootings

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Terrell “ToodaB” Fennell.

Elyria Police believe Fennell, 20, of Elyria, is responsible for multiple shootings that took place in Elyria two weekends ago. In addition, he is a suspect in numerous recent armed robberies.

Fennell is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Elyria Police for having weapons under disability, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and felonious assault.

Fennell is about 5’7” and weights 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be hiding somewhere in Elyria. He also has a previous address near the 400 block of Foster Avenue in Elyria.

Anyone with information in reference to Fennell is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text keyword WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available.
